Terms of Delivery

Disposable puffs promise to deliver the products within 48 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays. Orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will be delivered on Wednesdays and orders from Al Ain and Al Fujairah will be delivered on Mondays and Thursdays.
In case of unexpected delays, we will keep you posted on the updated delivery schedule.

Returns and Refunds
You can receive a refund in the form of a gift witness. Just make sure that the product( s) are returned in the same condition( unused with unopened package).

Important Note
You can admit refunds in a form of credit note or gift voucher within 48 hours of making the purchase.
Credit notes or gift validations can be used within 6 months from the date issued.
